It supports digital estate planning, trust structuring, and post-sales operations under a Distribution-as-a-Service (DAAS) model.

TrustPal itself is not a licensed financial institution, trustee, or insurance intermediary.

All financial, insurance, and trust products accessible through the platform are issued or managed by duly licensed partners operating under the respective laws and regulations of their jurisdictions — including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), and the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA).
